Due to the change of rules in Hypercard 2.1, the color pictures in HyperJack 1.0 do not show properly running under Hypercard 2.1. HyperJack 1.0.1 fixes the bug.
HyperJack is my first attempt to create a Hypercard 2.0 stack with color pictures. The basic requirements for playing HyperJack are Hypercard 2.0, system 6.0.5 or higher, and a color monitor. However, it also works on B&W monitor as well as the 9-inch monitor.
HyperJack is a card game that is almost the same as Black Jack except HyperJack does not support "safty" and "double down" due to the limitation of card size. The online help will give you a good idea of how to play.
HyperJack is a shareware, that means you can try it for 15 days. After that, if you wish to keep HyperJack, please send your shareware fee ($10). You can give HyperJack to your friends, but please remind them to send shareware fee if they keep it.
I know most people do not send the author the shareware fee, but I urge you to show your support to those shareware programmers. It is one of the best ways to express your love to Macintosh. Especially me, a poor student who need some extra money for living.
